Effective 20 July 2026 · Platinum Management, Platinum Team and the Platinum web applications ("the Service").

An internal tool

The Service is privately developed software built by Monolithic Contractors Pty Ltd for its own in-house use. It is made publicly downloadable for the convenience of our own team and invited users. It is not currently offered as a commercial product or service to the general public, and downloading or using it does not create any service, support or supply relationship with us.

Use at your own risk

If you choose to download and use the Service without our invitation, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, without any commitment to availability, accuracy, support, updates or continuity, and it may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Accounts and data associated with uninvited use may be removed at any time.

Your data, your responsibility

Figures produced by the Service (budgets, costings, tender quantities, timesheets and the like) are working tools, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it commercially. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of anything important.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude all liability for any loss or damage — including lost profits, business interruption or data loss — arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our election, to re-supplying the Service or the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other companies' data, probe or overload the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for any misuse.

Privacy

Personal information is handled per our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
